Senior Associate
Tom Noonan has more than 20 years of experience in supplier alliances, quality systems implementation, and management consulting, and has been instrumental in leading a range of organizational change initiatives in the U.S. and Turkey. As President of a mid-west management consulting firm, Tom led the implementation of both a plant reengineering in Turkey and quality department restructure for a Fortune 100 company in the U.S.
Having also served executive roles at Pulte Home Corp. in Phoenix and Sunrise Colony in Las Vegas, Tom brings a background of management consulting and residential construction to TrueNorth. Long term consulting projects with GE Aircraft Engines, The Kroger Co. and other clients in Cincinnati have helped him lead large system reengineering and supplier partnership initiatives. With a firm grasp on responsibilities in strategic planning, quality systems implementation, and supplier and trade contractor alliance development, Tom fervently applies these ideas to the homebuilding industry.
Tom is certified in Managing Organizational Change, Belbin Team Roles, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, the DISC Profiling System, and Lean/Six Sigma.
Helping companies install process improvement and accountability systems is Tom’s personal passion. With a focus on contributing to a company’s bottom line, Tom has become an accomplished executive coach and workshop leader for strategic planning, effective leadership, and high performing teamwork programs.
